Can The Sharp Pain And The Related Vomiting Be Caused Due To Gallstones?

Doctor says I have gallstones,but not to worry until they cause problems. I am haveing stomach problems, where I have sharp pain and nasua feeling. Yesterday I felt like I had to go to the bathroom, but ented up having a little vomiting. Could this be the gallstomes acting up?

Hello

Sharp abdominal pain may be due to gall bladder calculus.
I suggest for definitive treatment of gall bladder stones.
Definitive treatment is surgical removal of gall bladder.
Gall bladder calculus are prone to infection and obstruction,so it is wise to get rid of it.
Gall bladder calculus usually doesn't respond to medical management.
