Hi.. I have not heard of dryness of the palate alone.. May be dryness of the whole mouth including the tongue the pharynx, palate are known to be caused by multiple reasons.. Reasons include dehydration, upper respiratory infection, certain medications, part of a disease, few of the therapies for cancer and many more are known to cause such a problem...
