Can The Symptoms All Be Pregnancy?

Lately I have been experiencing symptoms a woman who is pregnant would have such as: bloating, nausea, cramps, fatigue, frequent urination, some smells make me nauseous, dizziness and headaches. I never missed a period...but I did have one that was late. I did however have what seemed to be a period so I assumed I wasn't pregnant. Now almost three months later I have been having these symptoms. It has been about a week and a half. I recently did a pregnancy test and it came up negative. Could I still be pregnant?

Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
You should consult a gynaecologist and get your ultrasonography test done to rule out the cause of your symptoms.
These symptoms may be because of other reason also.
If your pregnancy test negative chances of pregnancy are less, it can be because of hormonal changes.
I think I have answered your query if you have further questions I will be happy to help you.
Good Luck.
Regards
Dr. Richa
