Can The Tubes Come Untied After 7 Years?

Can your tubes come untied? I am 32 years old and I had my tubes tied 7 years old I was just wondering because I don't get an period at all, my nipples are sore, cramps in my stomach, very bad pelvic pain, tired and eatting and pee a lot and also my lower back hurts. Does that mean I am pregnant?

I understand your query.
* Some times pregnancy is possible years after tubal ligationdue to incomplete separation of cut tubes, leaving partial patent tubes./ Recanalization had occurred within few months of operation but there was no conception for all these years/ possibility of tubal pregnancy
* hormonal imbalance causing lac of menses & breast signs/ bloating of abdomen is another possibility,
Differentiation will be by blood pregnancy test/ USG abdomen? hormone
study.
A consultation of gynecologist would solve the problem.
