Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
Please do not use skinlite for acne. It is not a drug which has to be used for acne. It should be used only under the supervision of a dermatologist. Infact, it could worsen acne and also cause steroid induced rosacea as it contains a mid potent steroid.
For acne, you could use clindamycin phosphate gel in the morning and 2.5% benzoyl peroxide gel at bedtime.
You could also get salicylic acid peels done by a dermatologist.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
