Can The Vaginal Opening Be Threaded Again After Two Childbirths?

please i want to know that there is possible to thread again for my vaginal because i give birth before in first baby in the hospital then the baby is big the midwifery scratch my vaginal then i give birth again for second baby in the house then the scratch not thread again so there is a chance to thread that again
