Can The Vaginal Tear With Redness Be Due To Intercourse?

hi im 20, no stds, boyfriend has is clean too, have been itching for a bout a week now, but havent had sex in a while. had sex today, and noticed the very inner parts of my vagina are red, torn and there seems to be peeling skin that looks like tissue. the sex was unprotected and my boyfriend had not shaved (down there) in a few weeks. could the itching and torn peeling skin just be from the sex?
