Can Thecal Sac Injury Lead To Paralysis?

I have 3 vertebrae C5-C7 pressing on the thecal sac is this dangerous? Also, I feel so terribly weak and do not even feel like standing. Could the pressure on the thecal sac be causing this? My doctor has me set up for a epidural a month from now.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, what the cervical degenerative disease findings are there more important is clinical symptoms, if this central nervous system related then it may need some surgical interventions till then cervical collar could be used, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
