Can Thin Uterus Cause Problems In Long Term?

My daughter has not been having periods for a few months. We saw doctor and she said the uterus was thin. No wonder she's not having a period. If she doesn't for 3 months she will give her something. Lots of tests...everything ok. Is there any long terms problems with getting pregnant?
