Can Throwing Up And Discomfort Be Due To Pregnancy?

Hi I have been throwing up for a little over a month now. My period was three days late last month but it came. I have been having light to moderate spotting for two weeks. My period is not due for another week. Two nights ago I took a pregnancy test that came back negative. I m concerned as to what is going on with my body.

Just get a bHCG testing and ultrasound because spotting for one week is not a good sign.
It can be a symptom of incomplete abortion.
