Can Thrush Tablets Be Taken Along With Amoxicillin?

Hiya, Im currently taking 500mg of Amoxillin 3xdaily for a mouth absess, as most people i have devoloped thrush from the antibiotics, should i wait untill i have finished the course of antibiotics before taking the thrush tablet or can i take it now? Im currently using the cream but not having much relief Thanks
