Can Thyroid Disease Cause Prolonged Fever?

I feel feverish most of the days but not the whole day. I have done blood tests too but it s normal. My temperature at that time is about 98.7, 98.1...etc. I have got thyroid problem also . I take some tablets everynow and then when I feel feverish. So I would like to know why do I feel feverish often it s worrying me..

Hello,

It is not related to thyroid.
As first-line management, you can take drugs like paracetamol to reduce the body temperature.
If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
A short course antibiotics can be tried empirically.
