Hi, dear
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

You have hot sensation and sweating on forehead.
It can be due to hypertension, thyroid problems or obesity.

You should maintain your blood pressure in normal range. Check your T3, T4 and TSH level once and if there is any abnormalities then take treatment accordingly.

You should try to loose the weight also.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic.
Wish you very good health.
