Can Tinea Pedis On The Upper Body Be Treated With Clotrimazole Or Selenium Sulfide Or Both At The Same Time ?
can tinea pedis on the upper body be treated with both clotrimazole and selenium sulfide, or just one at a time. and is over the counter clotrimazole just as effective as RX.

Tinea pedis.....it is fungal infection foot..,
According to your medication......i.e...clotrimazole, selenium sulphide
And problem in upper body....could be Tinea versicolor..,
1) Ketaconazole shampoo lotion on affected part.,
keep 2 hrs and wash..,
2) After washing apply clotrimazole cream..,2 times daily..,
3) Tab..Fluconazole..150 mg weekly once for 6 weeks..,
ok...good lcuk.,

tinea pedis is fungal infection of foot and soles.
fungal infection of body is called tinea carporis
my advise would be to confirm the diagnosis by good dermatologist.
once u confirm diagnosis A clotrimazole cream of any good company can be effective.
