Can Tip Of Nose Goes Red Because Of Diabetes ?

Often the tip of my nose will go red. I am a type 2 diabetic and find this to be the case after consuming sugar, could this be a result of high blood sugar?

peripheral vascular disease and peripheral neuropathy is part of T2DM, just see if the tip is colder than normal. Keep your diabetes in check. However tip of your nose going red does not fall into peripheral vascular disease exactly
