Can Tiredness, Cramping After 3 Days Of Periods Indicate Pregnancy?

I am trying to get pregnant. So after having my IUD removed (on jan 9th) I started testing for ovulation with an OPK. I received positive results from the 16th to the 20th. With the 20th being the darkest. On the 27th I felt like I could have been coming down with the flu. but started my period on the 28th. I only bleed for three days. now i am super tired still and cramping again. could i be pregnant and my body just didn't know it before my period?
