Can Tobacco Use Lead To Problems With Pregnancy?

Hi,

I am 31yrs old married woman. I have been married for 3 years now.We are trying a lot for a child but i am facing difficulty in conceiving.6 months back i could conceive but it was a miscarriage followed by a dengue fever after 1 and half months of pregnancy.

I have been chewing tobacco since last 5 years.Is this affecting my reproduction capacity.Is this the reason that i am nt getting pregnant??

yeah tobacco contain nicotine which causes reduced fertility and miscarriage. so better to quite this.
