Can Tooth Be Extracted Prior To Heart Valve Replacement Surgery?

Hi, should I have a tooth extracted prior to urgent heart valve replacement surgery or wait until after. xray revealed a root infection but have no issues with tooth, a check up prior to surgery (in a few days time) revealed this. will surgery go ahead or not?

HI
Well come to HCM
Ideally any surgical procedure need to be avoided if you have some valvular heart disease, and when you are schedule for the heart surgery, in my opinion first get done the valve replacement then think about the tooth procedure, hope this information helps.
