Can Tooth Extraction Be Done While Having Chest Congestion And Cough?

About two and a half weeks ago i had a scope of my stomach done and i was given anestesia, ever since the procedure i have been coughing up phlem and have chest congestion. Tomorrow i am scheduled to get my wisdom teeth removed, is it safe to go ahead with the procedure?
