Can Touching The Nose After Touching Vagina Cause STD?

Hi, after protected vaginal intercourse (two condoms - one on top of another), I withdrew my penis and touched the condom. I tried to doggy her but I couldn't. I tried to enter again but I couldn't. I removed the condoms with my bare hands which did not have any cuts. Within seconds, I masturbated inside the bathroom since I did not ejaculate. I think I had a closed foreskin and also my penis was uncharacteristically dry since the condom wiped it out. My fear is, even if there was some precum and the fluids from the condoms in my hand, will I be at risk, if the two fluids come in contact within seconds?

I also have constant running nose and cold. I fingered the prostitute and may have touched my nose within seconds which could have had some mucus that I either wiped or poked my nose with my fingers to feel comfortable. Am I at risk in these two situations? Please help doctors! I am totally into this thinking of every possibility with an OCD! I am in 20 days after (non)exposure and still I have had no symptoms. Please help. Every mosquito bite scares me as I imagine that it could be a wart. Please help.
