Can Transsphenoidal Pituitary Adenoma Surgery Lead To Irregular Period?

Hi
I am a 31 yr old female. I had transphenoidal pitutiary adenoma surgery due to very high prolactin levelsin Dec 2000. I do not get menstrual cycles on my own and therefore i do not normally ovulate.I am trying to get pregnant since the past 1 year.
treatments followed: Clomid 50mg,100mg and 150 mg(not very good LH surge on day 11-12).I did not respond to clomid. The doctors said I suffer from hypothalamic ammennorhea and would not respond to clomid. My AFC count was 15.I have taken gonadrtropin injections to get me to ovulate(75IU FSH)(1 st cycle) and 75 IU (Menopur )and and 2 IUIs till date. The number of follicles each time was more than 2.But my estrogen levels dip and rise and on the day of my hcg shot estrogen levels were around 235-250.Both the IUIs failed and I got my cycles. My husband has good sperm motility and count. morphology is 5% and does nor want to go through an IVF. My concern is whether my egg quality is good.the doctors here in US say that they would go through 6-8 cycles of IUI for me and that should be fine. My only hope of getting a child is through IUI. Please advise.
