Can Travelling With Boot On Be Allowed While Having Multiple Fractures?

I am a 20 yr old female who has broken 5th metatarsal and have my leg in a cast. I am into my third week and am being reviewed/X rayed tmrw. I have multiple fracture but I hope I dont need it pinning. I have planned a beach holiday abroad in 3 weeks (8th June) and just hope I can still go. Would I be allowed to travel with a boot on, or a support bandage instead of my cast ?
