Can Treatment For TB Gets Extended If The Infection Persists?

I was diagnosed with TB 5 months ago, then I started with tb infection treatment after I was diagnosed, so the problem is on my third month taking treatment I was taking herbal medication about a month, bt I didn t stop taking my tb treatment after taking that herbs oral medication I started cough continues again, on December is my Last month on tb treatment so I need to knw that is it possible dat the infection started all over again or if they find that the infection is still there they will prescribe again another six months or what

Yes it can. And taking tb drugs again is imp it its still there. Get a fresh chest xray done and sputum test also if possible
