Can Treatment For Scarlet Fever Cause Cracked And Peeling Foreskin?

I am currently taking medication for Scarlets Fever for which I was told I have. I am on my 4th day of the medication and the sore throat is completely gone and the rash is fading but still visible and sometimes itchy. Just recently, the past 2 days, I have had really bad chapped lips and have noticed that the tip of my foreskin is getting very dry, cracked and peeling. Could this just be from the Scarlets Fever?
