Can Triple Antibiotic Be Used For Vaginal Pain?

I have been having a painful feeling around my vagina not in it but on the outside of it. It is causing pain during sex. Sex is also making my ovaries hurt. I have a spaztic bladder. I am a 20 year old female. can i use a triple antibiotic to make the pain go away? will that work?
