Can Tube Inserted Into The Ears Cause Pain Post Surgery?

I have some tubes put in just over three weeks ago by an ent surgeon. Last couple of days when I burp my L)ear hurts the pain only lasts around a second. R) ear I have no problems with. I am wondering if this is a post-op complication or just the normal process of the procedure.

Hello,

I think your suffering from eustachian tube block for that your doctor inserted gromet bilaterally. I think right ear grommet may be gone, so the pressure in the right ear getting increased while on stressing so please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
