Can Tuberculosis Be Recurred After Being On Medication For 6 Months?

If somebody had tebersclurosis,,and he took the full medication for 6 months continuously,,could it happened again?
Even there was no oher symptomps of this disease more than water in the lung,,but was no flame,or coughing,or fever...
And it could be possible was wrong geussing 4 the reason of the lung's water???? Pleeeease I need the answer ...thank you

Thanks for your question in HCM. By your history Its clear that you have completed 6 months of AKT for pleural effusion. Pleural effusion is considered as extra pulmonary infection and as a rule all extra pulmonary infections are paucibacillary in nature. The bacteriological load is less. And with 6 months of proper AKT most of the patient do not develop tb in future. But TB bacilli is having peculiar feature of reactivation inimmunosupressive conditions like AIDS, patient on steroids, diabetes, on chemotherapeutic agents etc.all these may have reactivation tb in future. Normal healthy individual very less chances.
