Can Type 2 Diabetes Cause White Crusty In Underwear?
My 40 year old boyfriend is type 2 diabetic on insulin his blood sugar isn t always controlled I ve been noticing white crusty substance in his underwear and his jeans always stain yellow In the crotch. Is this from just the diabetis or something else?

I have gone through your query. White crusty appearance can be most likely due to yeast (fungal) infection. If blood sugar is not properly controlled this can occur. Check and mange the sugar levels. Using anti fungal creams or ointments like miconazole or clotrimazole for local application will be helpful.
