Can U Suggest Me Tips To Over Come Piles ?
I have piles problem and I am under going homeopathy treatment.I am basically from It background.Aftetter taking the medicine I was ok.But now suddenly my problem has started.While passing stools,it pains terribly.and moreover i can see blood strains in stools.I am worried because of this.Can u suggest me tips to over come Thanks Judith.

Hi Judith,
You should change your eating habits a little bit, have more fibre diet, ovoids spicy & fried items, have lots of water, the most important is you should never have hard stools. This can relive you from your symtoms. If there swelling you can have sitz bath with salt water for 15-20min a day. To avoid hard stools drink lot of water & have banana. Hope this helps you.
