Hi Sir, My sister is also suffering from hair loss . now she is 34yrs old. she is having 3 yrs kid. after delivery she loss hair and she didn t get it back.... some beautician suggested that tugain solution 2%. but she is a little bit worry about to go for this shampoos and medications . can u give your suggestions please... YYYY@YYYY

Hi,
Thanks for query,
First try to find out the reason of your hair loss.
In your case in absence of any scalp or hair disease the apparent reason is lack of nutrition during pregnancy & after Delivery.
This is most important as child needs all essential vitamins with calcium for development if you not take it in proper way he or she gets it from your body so your body suffer its defeciency & that is the reason of your hair loss.
You should take multi vitamin tablet with calcium.
Take healthy vitamin rich food like spinach,leafy vegetables.avoid junk foods.Milk & milk products should be used more as it is rich in calcium.
Take a course of vitamin E.
It will take at least 6-8 months to show it's result.
