Can Ulcer In Mouth Be A STD?

Hi! Im a Bi-sexual guy now worrying about an unavoidable thing happens last weekend. It was then I was forced to keep my mouth open to collect sperms of two guys at a time and it happend. I then immediately washed my mouth thoroughly and had a mouth freshener as I felt like spitting all the time! The next morning I observed ulcer in my mouth located beneath my tongue, its very sore and making me frightened of STD or any dangerous infection! Plz give me a solution. Is that an STD? Im sure that i hadnt taken it inside...

Thank you for query.the morphology of rash is not clear.it may be due to std or other infection or irritation or any injury.So please rinse mouth with warm salt water at least 2-3 times a day.apply topical antibiotic gels.consult doctor for examination investigation if needed and for diagnosis.You can get back for any clarifications with photos and details.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist and venereologist.
