Can Ultrasound Mediated Reduction Procedure Be Used For A Huge Fibroid?

Good afternoon, I have a non symptomatic huge fibroid and have been suggested hysterectomy without removal of ovaries and cervix. I am 52, still menstruating and I would like to learn about ultra sound mediated fibroid reduction and if I am a candidate. My fibroid is 12 cm and I also have a small pedunculate one outside the uterus.Thanks, Ruby
