Can Unprotected Intercourse Cause A Swollen Penis?

Hi and sorry to bother you, 3 and a half months ago I had sex with a girl,the next morning when i weak up and went to the bathroom i ve noticed on the penis glans near the urethra an bumb like a flower that was gone until i finished urination,after that my penis glas has remained like swallen on that side and it has been crooked ever since then without any chancre or anything like this.In my disperation I went and made an prostate secretion and it turned out an infection with haemophilus influentae,I ve tooked treatment with cloramfenicol for a week and the sensation on my urethra had pased but the swallen and crooked penis is still there.After that a circular almost white spot had appear on the penis glans near the swallen part had appear.I ve made all blood test including sifilis,hiv,chlamydia and herpex simplex 1&2 test and they are all negative.My concern is that besides the swallen the crooked and the spot from the penis.My concern is that my inguinal lymph are a little bit inflated and I went to several doctors and they told me that is nothing wrong with me but I m not feeling so well .I ll attache some picture s with the penis glans and I ll mark the spot that has appear after the unprotected sex.
