Hallow Dear,

Pull out technique is most unreliable method of contraception.

If you are so irregular in consuming your birth control pills, it will not give you contraceptive action and you do stand a good chance of pregnancy due to unprotected sex. To confirm the pregnancy status, you have following options:

1. Wait for the menses to appear; if they do, you are not pregnant.

2. If you miss a period, perform pregnancy test on overnight first morning urine sample a week after the missed period; earlier the test may report false negative.

3. Opt for Beta hCG test 10 days after the last unprotected sex.

If you are pregnant, please contact your Gynaecologist who can help you terminate the pregnancy by medicines upto 9 weeks of gestation.

It seems, you cannot be regular in taking contraceptive pills. So intrauterine device seems to be a better option for you.

I hope this helps you.
