Can Unprotected Sex Case Swollen Perenium Tender To Touch With Redness And A Lump In The Groin?

Had sex unprotected last night and today i noticed my perenium is swollen doesnt hurt to urinate or anything just a little tender to the touch and reddness in color also i have a lump that is sore to touch by my groin area is this related what is going on?

Welcome to healthcare magic! It may be furunculosis ( infection of hair follicle).The lump may be lymph node. You might have to take course of antibiotics along with local application of antiseptic cream. Consult your physician.
