Can Unprotected Sex Lead To Delayed Menses After 2 Months?

Hello, I did oral sex with my boyfriend but during that period he did intercourse also for 20-30 sec this was done 2 months back. but rite now i m facing problems like late periods and also getting period just for one day. is there any problem due to this. Do i need to go for check up.
