Can Unwanted 72 Pill Cause Insufficient Bleeding In Periods?

I had taken Unwanted 72 pill , my bleeding start before 5 days from normal time. but bleeding is very low, only few drop of blood found for 3 to 4 days and then stopped completely. now i afraid that whether pill work or not. please suggest whether i am pregnant or not.
