Can Urinary Tract Infection Cause Discomfort In Heart?

I visited the E R. Because I unto I was having a heart attack was told my bp. Was up(first time ever) and my enzymes were high, but I did not have a heart attack.Was perscribed ciprofloxacin and lisinopril + baby aspirin and was sent home. 2days lated , say M. D. And had urinary tract infection. Could this have caused my heart symptoms?

Doctor prescribed Lisinopril & aspirin ,indicate you have some risk factor
-Angina/Hypertention/Family history of any other Heart disease
-Mention - Weight ,Height ,B P, ECG, ECHO, Blood, Urine reports,Habits ,Diet,Exercise -I would advice you better
