i'd like to ask this for my friend his gona have a medical check-up it includes ECG blood test and urine test and other things his afraid if the results will tell his parents that he has used drugs for about a month. and the medical check-up is 5 days from now

If your friend had consume drugs 1 month ago, it will not appear in the blood now. It is been already metabolized in the body and excreted from body. And to detect drug in the blood there is special test and routinely medical check up don't include such tests. So no need to worry. Just ask you friend to leave such habits
