Can Use Of Computer Cause Numbness In Fingers?

Doctor,i am 24 yrs old,female,computer programmer.from past 4-5 days last 2 fingers of my right hand go numb..till yesterday when i used to rest my hand it used to be fine..but now.. i feel the numbness doesnt go away at all..i am afraid regarding what is wrong.. please advise
