Can Using Candid B Cream Be Safe For Redness And Burning Of Vagina?

Me having problem near vagina....redness and burning...i have applied Candid B(cream) ,but no change....I have got this irritation for last 6 months...my skin type dry and me having black paths in between thighs.....I dont know what to do...pls help me...
