Can Using Cap-betacap TR 40mg Be Safe For Essential Tremor?

yes doctor i am suferring from essential familized tremor since 10 years consulted neurologist done all test nothing wrong found and initially used cap-betacap TR 40 mg twice a day for five years and now using 80 mg twice a day even after usning these medicines still my hands shakes could not write properly and could not hold glass fork and spoon, please reply me is there any permanent treatment in ayurvedic, will be appreciated for your reply.
