Can Using Diclofenac And Pregabalin Be Safe For Sciatica?

Hi, This is Athiq from Saudi Arabia.7 years back I was diagonosed for Fixed Drug Allergy by one of the leading dermatologist from Bangalore. Today I am suffering from SCIATICA and have been prescribed Diclofenac 50mg bid for 7 days and Pregabalin 75mg bid for 7 days. Are these medicines safe for me? Please help me.
