Can Using IUD Cause Tingling Sensation In Vagina?

I am a mother who never had vaginal problems until using IUD.Now I am using oral contraceptive,but still feeling of vaginal tingling most of the days especially on menstruation days.I was treated with antibiotics,antifungals,and cautery but there is no improvement.What is the cause of tingling and how is it treated please?
