Can Using Nitrofurtonin Be Safe For Abscess Inside The Penis?

hi, my father , who is 72 years old man, and just have a CABG done in june, but unfourtunetly, he cannot wean off foley,. No he is still with foley, but this week, i fould a foul greenihssmelling discharge ( pus ) from penis, and i have inspected no wound is over the srotum, i am afraid this is a abscess inside the penis? what can I do, he is now on nitrofurtonin, and i help him to clean with warm water QD , thanks so much
