Can Using Voltaren Gel Cause Tachycardia?

can voltaren gel trigger heartbeat problems (tachycardia and irregular heartbeats)? I have those problems triggered by other strong NSAIDS when taken by mouth. I am now having those problems for a few hours now after applying volteren gel to my back. Is that a possible side effect?

Your symptoms seem to be related to side effects of the anti inflammatory medications.

Voltaren gel can also cause tachycardia but the probability is very low due to the local application.
