Hello, I have a painful different sized lumps under skin in my armpits, I think it s caused by the anti-transpirant. I use Gentamycin since 2 days and I fill it smaller now, shoul I continue with this ointment or there s somthing else to do ?? Thanks

You should meet your treating doctor to get proper diagnosis. Do not try to even touch or pinch the area as can cause more aggravation of the problem and spread of the infection. This area is quite common to get infected very easily because of sweating and high bacterial proliferation.
I suggest you to go for culture and sensitivity of the wound to know the exact organism causing the infection. For time being period you can apply antibiotic cream such as gentamycin or fucidin or mupirocin and take pain killer tablets such diclofenac or paracetamol.
