Can Uterine Cyst Show Positive Pregnancy?

hi my sister was rushed into hospital last night because she was in a lot of pain they think she had a cyst that had burst and they are not sure if she was pregnant or not can the cyst show a positive results because of the cyst and are the chances that when it burst if she was has she lost the baby??
