Can Utovlan Cause Irregular Periods?

Hi, My period is delayed for few days 4 days (usually it is very regular every 28days), so I had a home pregnancy test which was negative. I am starting to stress out because of this delay. Last month I have utovlan to delay my period for a couple of days. After stopping the tablets I had my period. Is it possible that taking those few tablets will affect the regularity of my period over months time?!
