Can Vaginal Examination Reveal Sexual Activity?

okay if a female is getting a check up for sexual activity and you put your penis in her but you did not pop the anal cherry you only put it in just a little will the doctor tell her mother that she is sexual active? but i mean really you didnt put but a little in probably not even enough to really force and bruse her at all
